Professional Trainer and Master Coach

multiple Fortune 500 C-level executives, casino/resort owners, several
seven-figure entrepreneurs, restaurant owners, investment bankers, developers, doctors,
and spa owners, to name a few.
Since 1998, Robyn’s coaching clientele have all been
generated by referral. The results she creates with her clients are so
immediate and lasting, her reputation spreads quickly from one corporation to
another. Robyn limits herself to 8 personal coaching clients at a time, which
often creates a waiting list for her expertise.
Robyn produces powerful results by using a technology she
designed to hold accountability with individuals and organizations. She teaches
this accountability structure to the coaches at ChoiceCenter, and designed the
industry’s most comprehensive Coaching Certification program, which debuted in
2009.
ChoiceCenter’s Coaching Certification requires more hours of
mentoring and supervised coaching than any certificate program available today.
For example, the leading Coach Accreditation program in the United States
requires 25 hours of on-line and classroom learning and 30 hours of coaching to
receive certification, and many others qualify coaches after a 3-day weekend class.
ChoiceCenter’s certification process requires one year of in-room comprehensive
coursework, and a minimum of 500 hours of supervised coaching.
Once certified, ChoiceCenter’s professional coaches must
also participate in 3 hours of continued education each month with a Master
Coach (who has coached a minimum of 10,000 hours), as Robyn believes that no
one should hire a coach who isn’t being coached by someone else.
Commitment to Philanthropy
Since founding ChoiceCenter in 1998, Robyn has included community
giving in the Center’s Leadership Legacy curriculum. Using the same
accountability technology she applies to coaching, Robyn has led more than 100
Leadership teams to complete Legacy projects that produce anywhere from $45,000
to $500,000 in direct benefits to charitable organizations in 7 to 14-day “make-a-difference
stretches.”
Annually, ChoiceCenter Leadership teams collectively donate
between $750,000 and $2.5 million in cash, goods, and services to
organizations such as Big Brothers Big Sisters, Shade Tree Shelter, St. Jude’s
Hospital, Habitat for Humanity, the Salvation Army, Street Teens, Feed the
Children, Child Haven, many grass roots organizations, and numerous Title 1
schools.
An Entrepreneurial Background
Robyn founded ChoiceCenter in Las Vegas in 1998 after
attending an effectiveness workshop that so inspired and empowered her with
results she pursued her passion to make a difference by launching ChoiceCenter
Leadership University in her community. Today, she lives her vision by offering
this education to thousands of others.
Prior to opening ChoiceCenter, Robyn was a successful
entrepreneur and has owned her own companies since she was 20 years old. Her
first business was an insurance brokerage that expanded from San Diego to Las Vegas, and grew to be the largest in Southern Nevada within just two years.
About ChoiceCenter Workshops
Robyn has developed a range of courses at ChoiceCenter
designed to maximize the relationship and communication skills of individuals
to increase their ability to declare and deliver outrageous results. Graduates
have an average 95% success rate of hitting their goals in areas such as
relationship, career, family, financial abundance, and personal performance.
Graduates deliver results that include launching new businesses, healing family
relationships after many years of discord, losing weight and committing to
healthy living, writing books and screenplays, realizing leadership potential,
increasing sales, deepening romantic connections and intimacy, and enhancing
self-confidence.
The success graduates realize in their lives is a result of
ChoiceCenter''s intensive 100-day Leadership Legacy program, which begins after
completing the Center’s Personal Development course. Delivered over nine days,
the Personal Development workshop helps people identify what they’ve achieved
in all areas of life, create a vision of their ideal future, then stretch and
overcome limiting beliefs to close the gap. Leadership Legacy provides a
structure for establishing new behaviors that become lifetime habits. For 100
days, participants receive coaching designed to translate committed
action into extraordinary results.
Additional Curriculum
ChoiceCenter
also offers executive personal coaching, custom business training, executive
leadership team building, and domain-specific workshops in the areas of family,
teen, relationship, and men’s and women’s personal and spiritual development.
There are also advanced workshops in life mastery and eastern leadership
philosophy. All of ChoiceCenter''s trainings are centered around a central belief
Williams developed called the Boomerang Theory – give what you want to receive.
Applied from relationships to financial success, what you give to others will
be returned to you when your intentions are clear, authentic, focused, and
partnered with a committed action strategy.
Who are ChoiceCenter graduates?
ChoiceCenter
graduates and clients include pro athletes, business executives, attorneys, entrepreneurs, artists, professional moms,
students, retirees, educators from kindergarten teachers to university
professors, and anyone committed to taking the next step in personal and
professional performance.
ChoiceCenter has plans to open a second location in San Diego.

13 Years with MGM Resorts International
Corrine joined ChoiceCenter as
President and COO in January 2008 after spending 11 years as Executive Director of Marketing,
Communication, and Partnership Development at MGM Grand, and overseeing
communications for 39,000 employees at MGM Grand Resorts properties.
During her career with MGM Resorts International
(formerly MGM MIRAGE), she was responsible for generating international
business press; employment branding; managing executive-level
communications; launching an internal television station; creating marketing
dashboards; developing partnerships with Fortune 500 companies; and promoting
the “maximum Vegas” brand.
Corrine also oversaw numerous special projects with
MGM Grand during the property’s 5-year $800 million evolution, including
participating in the development of a state-of-the-art poker room and reviving
the Studio 54 brand. Working with the General Manager of the world’s most
famous nightclub (Anthony Olheiser – an LV77 ChoiceCenter graduate), the club’s
revenue increased 180% year over year from 2006 to 2007.
Corrine was also responsible for MGM Grand
being recognized as a best-managed company. Her public relations outreach resulted in
the property’s turnaround story appearing in numerous books and business magazines, and the property winning the
prestigious Best Place to Work award in Nevada for three consecutive years.
Background in Philanthropy
Corrine is also the founder of Giver Game – a grass
roots movement that empowers people to make a difference daily in the lives of
others. Philanthropy comes naturally to Corrine as she served as Co-Chair of
MGM Grand’s Voice Foundation for 8 years, raising more than $11.7 million for
Las Vegas charities from employee contributions and fundraisers. Under
Corrine’s leadership, MGM Grand held the national record for largest charitable
contributions per employee in the United States all eight years.
While now an executive at ChoiceCenter, Corrine
maintains her relationship with the gaming company, developing communications
and public relations for MGM Hospitality – the corporation’s new venture
to open non-gaming resorts around the world in Asia, India, the Middle East,
North Africa, and gateway cities in the United States and Mexico.
Graduate Turned Fan of Transformation
Corrine has been associated with ChoiceCenter since
completing the company’s personal development and leadership trainings in early
2007 as Torchbearer of LV74. Her personal results were so powerful that immediately following completion of her
100-day Leadership program, she trained to become an Executive Coach, wanting
to pay her learning forward and make a difference in the lives of others.
Background and Awards
Corrine is a graduate of St. Mary's College of
California, and holds a B.A. degree in Political Science with a Minor in
Communications. She is also a graduate of the University of Reno’s Executive
Education program, MGM Grand’s Leadership Fellowship program, and the
prestigious MGM MIRAGE Leadership Institute.
Throughout her career, Corrine has been recognized
for her creativity and prowess in marketing and communications with numerous
awards for writing, design, video editing, strategic planning, and marketing,
and has been honored with 67 Gold and Bronze Quill Awards from the
International Association of Business Communicators (IABC), including three Best of Show honors. For two years,
Corrine was also the top-rated speaker at the Advanced Learning Institute’s
annual branding workshops in Orlando and Chicago.
